The GTR Gentle Touch Ram was designed from the ground up to deliver an exceptionally smooth, fast, and reliable Autococker cycle. Featuring a large-diameter ram shaft, optimized internal volumes, aerospace-grade aluminum, and a fully rebuildable design, the GTR RAM is built for both classic and modern Autocockers.

Key Features

• Extra-Large Ram Shaft
  The ram shaft features a 44% increase in cross-sectional area compared with our previous ram design. The larger shaft reduces the surface area acted on by closing gas pressure, reducing forward force and creating a gentler forward stroke while maintaining a strong rear stroke for reliable cocking and consistent performance.
• Gentler Bolt Closing
  Reduced forward force helps the ram stop more easily when encountering a paintball caught by the bolt, potentially reducing the likelihood of chopping paint.
• Faster Cycle Times
  The ram's reduced rear volume allows gas to exhaust more quickly, helping the piston return sooner for faster cycling.
• Optimized Ram Pressure
  Reduced forward force at a given LPR pressure allows the ram to overcome the pressure holding it closed more quickly, helping initiate the return stroke sooner and contributing to faster cycling.
• Oversized Shaft for Increased Strength
  The extra-large ram shaft provides increased resistance to bending while maintaining a clean, high-performance design.
• Precision Pump Arm Interface
  Shaft flats and a shoulder allow the pump arm to be threaded directly up to the shoulder for a precise fit. This creates a stronger connection, helps reduce the chance of shaft bending, and gives the completed installation an almost seamless appearance.
• Easy Pump Arm Installation
  When used with our pump arms and the cross-drilled “idiot hole,” installation is simple and helps prevent tool marks or damage to the pump arm and ram shaft.
• Fine Length Adjustment
  Fine-tuning the ram length is easily accomplished using readily available shims and by adjusting the position of the back block on the threaded shaft.
• Aerospace-Grade Aluminum Rear Body
  The rear ram body is manufactured from stronger aerospace aluminum to help resist damage and flexing.
• Hidden Disassembly Port
  The front ram body features a concealed Allen-key access hole for quick and easy disassembly using a 3/16" Allen key. No external wrench flats are required, helping preserve the anodized finish and maintaining the RAM's clean, sleek appearance.
• 10-32 Barbs Included
  Standard 10-32 barbs are included. Flats machined into the ram body provide improved access and help create a secure seal.
• Fully Rebuildable
  The GTR RAM is completely rebuildable using standard O-rings and Inception ram bumpers. Replacement O-rings and bumpers are available separately.
