ICPL Old Bay Classic – Outdoor Xtreme Parks, Maryland

Another fantastic weekend wrapped up at the Old Bay Classic ICPL Paintball Event hosted at Outdoor Xtreme Maryland. It was such a joy reconnecting with old friends, colleagues, and players I hadn’t seen in years.

The days leading up to the event were filled with rain, making for a muddy start, but the weekend closed out on a beautiful, cool Sunday—perfect paintball weather, in my opinion.

Dragon Scale Bodies Turn Heads

Arc Anodizing brought back some serious eye candy: Dragon Scale Upgrade body kits for the Planet Eclipse Etha 3 and 3M. With four stunning colorways:

• Molten Tiger – Gold and black fade

• Galactic Ice – Silver, teal, and purple

• Nebula Viper – Black with a magenta/purple fade

• Smoke Camo – Black, brown, and green fade

These precision-milled bodies look like they’re made from diamonds, and their bold finishes make them stand out.

Performance Meets Aesthetics

We loved seeing these kits in action, from Emeks to Ethas 2 and Etha 3's. When paired with our adjustable Fang trigger and the “secret” pin, they give players a real performance edge along with their famous reliabilty.

Team Aftershock took the win, with several players using our custom gear—huge congrats to them! Far Side secured second place, with friends like John Dresser from PBRetro representing and some Inception Designs upgrades spotted on many of their markers too!

Paintball, Family Style

Our Sunday highlight? Having our son Michael with us! While he’s too young to hit the field just yet, he had a blast cooling off players with his water pistol. Huge thanks to Dave (Weasel) of Avalanche—he went home with a limited-edition headband and to Connor from Aftershock for the shirt and stickers he gave him. Maybe your new Fan's support helped with the Aftershock success! :) He's already counting the days until he can play and loves attending the Paintball events with us.

Our Home Field Love

Outdoor Xtreme is our home field, and every visit reminds us why. Brian Barno, Christie, Brandon, Josh and the whole crew go above and beyond to create a safe, welcoming environment. The kids are well looked after, and the community knows and embraces them.
